Application of the new KJ series admixture on the engineering of waterproof concrete

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the engineering application of waterproof concrete of anti2penetration grade P6～P12 andstrength grade C25～C40 which was made by the new KJ series admixtrure and its benefit of technology and economy.

1 　前言

廣東柯杰外加劑科技有限公司研制、生產(chǎn)的柯杰( KEJIE) 牌脂肪族羥基磺酸鹽高縮合物新型KJ系列外加劑，有高效、早強(qiáng)、緩凝、泵送、防水、阻銹、養(yǎng)護(hù)以及油田化學(xué)品等各系列的外加劑三十多個(gè)型號(hào)，年產(chǎn)20000噸以上，KJ系列產(chǎn)品已在廣東、廣西、湖南、海南、天津、上海等省市，在管樁、水泥制品、公路與橋梁、工業(yè)與民用建筑、火電等500多萬(wàn)m³C20～C80的各種混凝土工程及油田固井工程廣泛使用，部分替代國(guó)外產(chǎn)品，取得了顯著的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。

隨著國(guó)家對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投資規(guī)模的不斷加大，
